In Fashion: Our Camo Heart Cookie

If you follow fashion, even to some degree, you will know that military green is a major color trend this season. Though primarily geared towards military weddings, our Camo Heart Cookie is decidedly in fashion right now. We’re big fans!

And to accompany our sweet treat we’ve gathered some very autumn-appropriate green inspiration from real weddings and the runways. Enjoy!

Hugs,
Raya

Color Trend: Blue Winter Wonderland

What better color for a Winter wedding than blue? Create a Winter wonderland using colors such as royal blue, ice blue, white, silver and variations of metallic blues.  Incorporate snowflakes, icicles and sparkling crystals to create a modern Winter wonderland theme.  Use flowers such as blue and white hydrangeas, white roses, orchids, baby’s breath, and touches of birch bark to create the perfect Winter feel.

Here are some blue wedding inspirations and ideas:

Wedding Color Trend: Serene Green

Now that green weddings have become so popular with eco-conscience bride and grooms, it’s become a great way for couples to save money and save the Earth!  But aside from reflecting the beauty of nature, a green wedding looks fresh and modern with gorgeous flowers such as hydrangeas and orchids.

With green as the new black, fresh ideas such as bamboo, moss, and twill have been incorporated into floral designs, one-of-a-kind cakes, and impressive invitations, such as the ones featured below from Paper Olive.

Check out some of our favorite green finds, from our fun and eco-friendly organic bridal party tank tops, to fabulous finds for the bridesmaid, such as the new Monique Lhuillier bridesmaid dresses, stunning florals by Tick Tock, and Earth-friendly favors.
