Brides are more than ever gravitating towards attiring their bridesmaids in black. Here are three reasons to love this trend:

1. We love color but black is a fabulous palette in which to add color in fun ways, like via jewelry, shoes or bouquets. A great example is the photo below captured by Picotte Photography; the bridesmaids are attired in black but are wearing shoes in all shades of the rainbow.

2. Black adds the perfect contrast to the bride, assuming she wears ivory or white. Think how amazing this will look in photos!
