We’re as crazy about dessert bars, stacked with cupcakes, pastries and candy, as the next person. But where’s the nutrition? We know a thing or two about diet-friendly celebrations; after all, we’re based out of Los Angeles, a city notorious for its dieters.
The vegetable and fruit bar pictured was featured on My Bride Story. We love this idea not only for the health aspect, but for of the presentation possibilities. For example, serve up melon and berries in gorgeous glassware and display lengthy veggies like celery and carrots in tall jars. Fruit and veggies create a decidedly clean and chic, not to mention colorful, look.
