If you’re planning a Spring or Summer 2010 wedding, look no further for inspiration. Wedding colors for next year are shifting from traditional pastels to bold splashes of color. A hot wedding combination is tangerine and turquoise. This dramatic duo creates a tropical feel and is perfect for beach weddings or destination weddings by sea. The warmth and boldness of the tangerine and turquoise hues will compliment the weather and tropics of any destination wedding.

There is something about a wine themed wedding that exudes sophistication and warmth. Beautiful Day Photography has captured this warmth on camera and shared it with us.

Complete with rich browns, warm reds, and soft touches of pink, the wedding is elegantly designed.  Hundreds of roses, grapes, and candles cover the tables and hang from the ceilings giving an overall rustic vintage feel to the design.  The rich chocolate  wedding cake was covered in delectable blackberries and strawberries, with hints of leaves, and surrounded with votives- creating an intimate ambiance.

Now that green weddings have become so popular with eco-conscience bride and grooms, it’s become a great way for couples to save money and save the Earth!  But aside from reflecting the beauty of nature, a green wedding looks fresh and modern with gorgeous flowers such as hydrangeas and orchids.

October is breast cancer awareness month, a time to support the cause against breast cancer, a time to give back. So, what better month to have a pink wedding than October?  Not only is it a bright and fun color to plan your wedding, you can also support the cause by asking guests to donate money to your favorite breast cancer research charity in lieu of gifts. Or better yet you may give back to a charity in lieu of favors.
